Recee Sheet 1

This is the first of our Recee sheets for locations. We are yet to take photographs of this location, but they will be done soon and added into our folder. This will be the basis for one of our initial scenes.

Here we have the production schedule, which will ensure that we have full contact with all of our cast members as and when we need them. At the moment, it is to be confirmed when our first shoot will be and when exactly these actors will be needed, but over the next week or so this will be discussed and arranged.
I've blanked out our cast members' details because... well, you never know who can see these things. Confidentiality and all that jazz.

Visual Storyboard

Along with our written storyboard, we had to present a sample of some visual storyboarding. Here are 4 key shots from our music video, in the form of Ewan's most excellent artistic skill.

Written Storyboard

Here is a sample of our written storyboard. It contains all of the shots we need to include in our video and specifics of angle, shot type and content. Overall, we have a total of 123 shots and 7 sheets.

Shot Lists and NVC Grids

To assist in completing our shot list, we had to do individual sheets for each section of the song (i.e. chorus, verse) and list the shot types, lengths and content alongside the lyrics. Each sheet was colour co-ordinated to the section it corresponded with. To go with this, we had to fill out an NVC sheet that clarified what Non Verbal Communication was going to be present in each section, ensuring we had a clear idea of how we wanted our actors to come across in our music video.
Here is a sample of what we had to do.

Ideas Grid 2

This was the second of two ideas we had. This was the one we eventually decided on for the song Natives by Blink-182.

Ideas Grid 1

Before we could get into the processes of planning our music video, we had to come up with some initial ideas for songs and narratives. This was one of two ideas we had, which was for the song Ghost On The Dancefloor by Blink-182.
